Automated data management for container tracking, invoice processing, and trucking payments. Unified carrier tracking systems via APIs for automated container and vessel data retrieval (CMA, COSCO), tracked container status at origin terminals (Yantian, Shekou), and used RPA to filter maritime schedules and extract ETD/ETA data. Built automation flows to extract key metrics, generate reports, and send proactive alerts.
